This NVQ is aimed at site managers with responsibility for leading construction projects, including planning the logistics and resource management throughout these projects. The ability to use and amend schedules and program to manage progress and budget is essential to this qualification. The qualification is gained by providing evidence that is assessed against the qualification standards, along with a professional discussion and assessment of your knowledge and understanding.
This NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management is aimed at managers overseeing all aspects of construction management. You will be expected to collect a variety of evidence from your workplace to prove your proficiency. Items of evidence will include technical knowledge and producing technical plans for projects, as well as managing resources and overcoming problems. You should already have experience and knowledge of managing construction projects and teams of people. NVQ Payment Terms
50% to begin the NVQ process; followed by 50% upon completion.
