If you operate plant on site and have gained the CPCS Red trained operator card, we can help you achieve the NVQ for that item of plant. Once you have completed the NVQ you will be able to obtain the Blue CPCS Competent Operator card. You will achieve your NVQ while working on site through work-based assessments. The Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Plant Operations (Construction) – are designed to assess occupational competence in the workplace. Learners must demonstrate their skills, knowledge and experience in operating items of plant in construction. This qualification is suitable for practicing construction plant operators responsible for preparing and operating plant and machinery on site.
This NVQ provides formal recognition for plant operators working in the construction environment.
We deliver a wide range of plant NVQs that are required for Blue CPCS Cards. The NVQ is delivered while you are on site working with your assessor supporting you on a 1-2-1 basis.
